Would be particularly useful for idling, and I don't want to do it on those servers because idling on public server that aren't meant for idling is just silly.
Does anyone know what I could do to my server, or any idling servers with this particular thing?

You have to do it per-weapon, like the x10 team did.

You could do that, but then you would have to blacklist some weapons or else they would instakill yourself/become super-OP/glitchy/etc (see Conniver's Kunai, Liberty Launcher).

That's why you set those kinds of weapons to only drop your max health to 1 instead of 0 and if it's a 10x server who cares if it's op? That's like the bread and butter of a x10 server.

Going off-topic here, the x10 team has nerfed some weapons to make them un-OP. Examples: Splendid Screen (it doesn't have +100% resistances like it should), Chargin' Targe (it doesn't have ++100% resistances like it should), Liberty Launcher/Manmelter (were horribly inaccurate until the latest x10 update), etc.
