I have happened to come accross a problem with our sourcemod admin menu. We are running a linux,hl2dm server off teckhost and in-game the admin menu is the old mani "esc" menu. We have pinkfairies RP plugin but my friend installed that onto another linux server and it did not have the esc menu, ive uninstalled anything that was from MANI and i still have not been able to fix this, i hope someone can help me because the menus are getting to be hard to use. And if anyone could tell me what to look for or something that could try to fix this problem.

Is it possible to display admin name and action name when custom menu item is executed?
Now we have big problem with concurrent admin actions,
all actions are made anonymously, regardless of sm_show_activity setting ...

For example, I have next code in adminmenu_custom.txt:

{
"ClanWar Commands"
{
"Restart"
{
"cmd" "sm_cvar mp_restartgame 1"
}

The only message after this menu command is:
[SM] CVar mp_restartgame changed to 1

How it should be:
[SM] Admin <AdminName> changed CVar mp_restartgame to 1
