It's not working. I installed the following plugins:

• smac_kac_banlist.smx

And this: smac.zip

Those infected are disappearing, I'm using a wallhack and I'm not banned and I waited 15 minutes and nothing happened.
The message of welcome is not appearing even though I put in smac.cfg
I use SourceMod confogl lastet version.

By "Wallhack", do you mean a coded hack or mathacks because coded hacks are impossible to stop unless you ban them yourself or they get VAC banned which won't happen instantly while he's playing.

If you mean mat-hacks, from what I've heard, it's dam near impossible to protect your server from those kind of hacks even with pure, consistency, and SMAC enabled.

I turned the above commands in the server.cfg
I do not know the math hacks, but I've seen in another person take a server ban because of its use.

I think that is giving conflicts because I use the plugins confogl.

It only prevents your wallhack from working. It doesn't detect anything.
