Well, seems like you've got several issues here.

1. The weapon skins plugin is not compatible with the method of "always weapon skins", which is integrated into the DM plugin.
2. The weapon skins plugin will get your server banned from the master list (see here: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffen..._to_community/ )
3. If you're using the public version of the weapon skins plugin (latest was 1.6.4 I believe), it is super buggy and will end up crashing your server sooner or later.

Aside from the weapon skins plugin, it appears that you either are missing a config, have something setup incorrectly, or already have an existing conflicting plugin.

Awesome mod, H3bus, thanks.

One question about bots, how do I make them aim for head shots? I have altered my botprofile.db and given them super human reaction times etc, but they still suck ass because they rarely aim for head shots.

At the end of a 10 minute round they have like 5 kills each :/, making them basically worthless.

Please provide output of
sm exts list
sm plugins list

and check your error logs.

Like Ejziponken said you might have a conflicting plugin.
Also check that you also have dm_weapons_allow_3rd_party set to 1 in deathmatch.ini

What setting do I change to make it so I can change guns immediately without respawning? It lets me do it once each life but I want people to be able to change whenever they like.

I think thereīs too many issues with this plugin if using Weapon Skins :/ Any tips of any compatible DM plugin?

Had to use a really old version of DHooks to compile but I managed to use the latest DHooks extension with the compiled plugin.
