I think an interesting feature would be to allow players to release the handle by right clicking, thus priming the fuse and allowing them to cook it. It would also make a lot more sense.

Here is P34nut's Grenade Realism that does the same. Mabye yours is better done. As I'm not so good at scripting will let others to decide !

Why don't you just do it for this one? It's a very simple and sensible change. I'm not even saying that it should be static; you could have the mode set by cvar.
