Is this plugin even working with CSGO? I cant see people getting kicked from my server and they have like 20 higher ping than allowed. No errors.

yeah my problem was that I copied the settings from the first post.

sm_maxchecks "15" Number of grace checks allowed by the HPK before kicking a client.
sm_startcheck "60" Amount of time in seconds before starting to check pings on map start.

Took 900 seconds to kick someone for high ping.

Hello! I need a plugin which can kick when a player sends or receives too little amount of packets.
There was such a plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=70417 but it hasn't been supported for 6 years already.
The thing is, that I need to kick everybody whose fps are less than 60 because when they're playing on 128tick CS:GO servers, they're lagging as hell and it's hard to hit them. Client fps = the amount of packets sent to a server by the client, and I can't use https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=152044 because it checks choke/loss, and sending 30 packets having 30 fps isn't choke or loss.

So, I need a plugin similar to https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=70417
Any advice?

I'm unable to change any console variable via the server.cfg file. I have to manually set the configuration as the server is set up.
