Troubleshooting: - Player who visit the server at first time didn't see any Tutor messages.

You have to quit the game and back. Known issue but .res file is loaded at the game start. ( actually there is another way : hit ctrl-alt-shift-R in the app to reload this file but using a plugin is not possible here )

lol the problem :the people they for first time connects to the server, must know the rules more then peopole they was on server & maybe know how are the rules on server. i know there is no fix & the oneway to fix this is to restart game.

this is not funny, i meant it realy & i think its so better. befor restart a permanent msg : show_hudmessage(id, "ur game willbe restarted in xx min./sec.")

its useles that player cant read the rule. btw i gave +k & ill 100% use it in catchmod 3.
