this allows admins and users to send messages to everyone except for a specified player. it works as follows:

say /x playername message

everyone except for playername will see message. if xc_deadblock is set to 1 (default), alive players cannot see dead messages sent via this and vice-versa. say_team also works, just like you would expect it.

if xc_admins is 0 (default) then everyone can use this, otherwise it is just admins.

this should work for all mods, but it has only been tested in cs. there is also limited functionality (appears as Team 1, Team 2, etcetera, instead of actual team names, and is missing some colors).

example (while dead): say_team /x strongman that strongman is such a dork!
*DEAD*(Counter-Terrorist) Kraugh [ -StrongMan ] : that strongman is such a dork!

if xc_overseer is 1 (default) then admins with immunity can see all /x messages no matter what.

lol, an admin only version of this would also be pretty nice where immunity hears EVERYONE no matter what (or by cvar)

How do people like you come out of nowhere and code a plugin like this in like an hour?

i don't get it...I tried to learn PAWN a month or 2 ago, but i never quite got it...I need a teacher...thats it.

Comon bro, learning to script is a simple "Trial and error". I don't everything there is to know about coding and probably never will, but by trying out new stuff, you get to know it more and more. Thus you will then be able to make plugins like this one. BTW, nice plugin.
