Description:
All know a bug with the character of %. This plugin will correct all errors with this character.

Plugin functions:
To write % to a chat.
To write % in nickname.
As, it is possible to put more than two points successively in nickname.
Still there is function ColorChat. When you write something to a chat colour nickname awakes depending on the command of the player. (T - red, CT - blue, Spec - White.)

Your code is ok, but utility / resource is low
You almost built the whole chat system just for a %

I consider that a plugin useful. It is a lot of cases when players write for example "100% cheater", and displays "100 cheater" it looks a little strange.
