* Monster Spawn Editor 0.9b by Nibato
*
* Special thanks to all the helpful members of the AMXModX Message Boards
*
* Description:
* This plugin allows you to edit spawn/respawn points for botman's monster plugin ingame.
*
* Usage:
* WARNING: IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO EDIT THE "mapname_monster.cfg" FILES MANUALLY THEN PLEASE
* REFER TO THE README.TXT FILE INCLUDED WITH BOTMAN'S MONSTER PLUGIN
*
* Use the "monster_edit_toggle" command to initialize the spawn editor.
*
* The "monster_edit_menu" command lets you manage ALL spawn point editing
*
* To create a new spawn point, select the "Create Spawn Point" option in the
* Monster Spawn Editor menu. From here you'll be able to edit the spawn points properties.
* The spawn point properties are explained in the monster plugin's readme file.
* The spawn point will be placed at your current origin
*
* Translucent monsters represent existing spawn points. They will rotate from angle_min to
* angle_max to show the range of the angles. They will also periodically and incrementally
* change models for each monster specified in the config.
*
* NOTE: if EITHER angle_min or angle_max is set to -1, the monster will face the same
* the same direction as you. This is only available when creating a new spawn point.
*
* To edit an existing spawn point, walk up to an existing spawn point represented by a
* translucent monster, and aim at it. It should tur green, it doesn't while your aiming at it,
* try aiming at a different part of its body until it does, and make sure you are pretty close
* to it. After it turns green, open the Monster Spawn Editor menu with the "monster_edit_menu"
* command, and select "Edit Monster".
*
* To copy the last monster made/edited use the "monster_edit_copy" command
*

Forgot to mention, this plugin just builds the maps/mapname_monster.cfg file for the monster plugin, even after the file is saved the monster plugin won't reload the config again until the map changes
