Partner for a SuperHero server

Hello to everybody, i need an partner which knows very good SuperHero Mod. What i want him to know?
I want him to know only how to make an simple Hero only for Admins level_a, or other levels.
I give him Owner + VIP + FTP acces.
Server is 1000 fps and 20 slots.

P.S.:

Edited : Who is helping me ill give him Zombie OutStanding Addons for free. I think you know this mod
