I didn't think it was fixed, since often on some servers (recently) I see multiple people with the same name (using the % exploit).

it has been fixed man. all bad charachters are automaticly replaced by spaces when you join a game. when they disconnect the % char is put back to their steam profile.
that's why rcon_locker hasnt found a single guy with % or any other charachter now for 9 months. this has been solved on legitime steam servers.

if you still see the % char on some servers, the server is probably nonsteamed so valve cant remove the % from your name.

this indicates that rcon_locker can no longer kick people with the bad signs since they're removed up on connectiong to a server.
the exploit is fixed with other words.

Does this work okay with SMAC? Any reports of crashing?

Did SMAC already own version of rcon_lock ?? You not need this anymore then.

SMAC now has an updated and better version of this plugin so you should NOT install this plugin if you've recently updated SMAC. SMAC's Rcon plugin has the same functionality as this one does and more If i'm not mistaken.

works perfect for my l4d2-server to play confogl fresh. i run the server with smac and the additional smac-addons without any problems so far. great job thx!!

We were having an issue with players getting stuck in a respawn loop on our TF2 servers recently, timer to respawn would count down to 0 and then start all over again and people wouldnt respawn... after unloading this plugin, the problem stopped... doesnt seem like the 2 would be related to me but then i dont know how to program... might be something to look into

Hello everybody.
Where have I to set rcon password: in server.cfg file or in the server start line like +rcon_password "some pass here" to make this plugin work nice?
