I don't offer support for playerslots in left4downtown2 anymore. My official recommendation is that you use l4dtoolz and l4dtoolz only.

In me I dont know why this extension doesnt work. If i have plugin wchih use l4downtown it doesnt work. I install server with gamemode survival where limit players is 22. I use this plugin:

I have problem, becouse map is end or surviors die, server is crashing. Here are logs:

Command l4d_players doesn't work and others command. I use l4dtoolz + l4ddowntown(no players slot).

@Creadle add sm_cvar sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 to server.cfg then you should be able to get in

sv_allow_lobby_connect_only isn't a cheat protected cvar so you don't need the sm_cvar prefix.
sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 works just fine.

Oh haha I see. I (obviously) saw it on the first page, but gave both the zip's file and that one a quick lookover and thought that they were the same so I just assumed the zip had the latest one.

im on linux and the linux link wont work for me
do i need to update or could a plugin be causing this the only 1 i installed recently was team scores for l4d2
also wouldnt it be easier for all if you updated the download links with the latest gamedata ? seems silly to have it separate

Hi. I install this extension but i have 1 problem:

I add this cvars to my serwer.cfg
sm_cvar l4d_maxplayers 18
sm_cvar l4d_unreserve_full 1
sm_cvar l4d_killreservation 1

and when I write on my serwer in console: "status" show 18 slots (unreserved)

The problem:
In lobby show only 8 slots (0/8 ) not 0/18 What i must do now to repai this ?

I'm having this same issue. I've tried l4dtoolz with normal, and also with the playerslots version (no lf4dtoolz)
