End Round Sound and ADMIN problem

hello, I can't understand why admins can't hear end round sounds? Players can hear, but admins can't.. When I add an admin to users.ini, it doesn't appear in the game, when I change my nickname than the admin appears... After game or server rastart, the admin disappears again... Please help!:/

this it's a smiple plugin but better that you use
End Round Sounds

But what to do with admin problem? I add an admin to users.ini file, but in game I don't have admin, untill I change my name.. After restart, it disappears again..
