Unknown admin groups after gun mettle update.

Pre-update everything worked. Now we don't have admins or vip's. Updated everything I could think of.

It is. I did that after I noticed it wasn't updated....however how does tf2 items matter when we're talking about core sourcemod / sourcebans stuff?
