hello,like the title says.Can i install Xanmod kernel on centos 8. i am currently looking to optimize my server as im seeing var spikes.and how to install xanmod on centos 8. Also what kind of performance should i be hoping from this kernel.

You can't simply download it through your package manager. XanMod or Liquorix will require you to compile the kernel yourself since they are all based on Debian.
