Hello. Is it possible, using Orpheru, to make the client download resources (sounds) without them being precached by the server ? I mean, like when u make a res file as far as I know that file will just make clients to download the file but the precache is done directly and not from the .res file. I know that in SourceMod it's very easy, AddToDownlaodTable or something like that but on AMXX there's no native for that. Thanks !

Also what u gave me is nothng. There is no download link for the module/inc, it's just a post about some prototype.

Precache_generic is already what I use and it crashes due to the 512 limit.

I don`t understand what you want. to precache files mid-game or to increase 512 limit? you won`t get past 512. just forget it. Unprecache useless resources instead

I want to be able to precache all the sounds, but no matter how many things I un-precache, due to many sounds it would still give the limit error. Because I have a whole lot of sounds and some maps have about 512 resoruces by default, well, not 512, but very close to. So that's why Iw as looking for a way of downloading them without precaching them.

You just need to install it (or ReHLDS) and use precache_generic.

Nope, ReHLDS is supposed to work with any game.
