in my experience, the error

[SM] Failed to load plugin "_pluginname_.smx": unexpected error 23 in AskPluginLoad callback.

Occurs when two (different) plugins trying to create natives same native.
Which means for you either you run simple-chatprocessor 2 times
or you run simple-chatprocessor & an other badly made plugin.
Check your "sm plugins list" and plugins folders.

anyway, you should post problems/errors related to a plugins in his plugins thread. Don't open a new thread for such errors.
