How do i show command from admin?

Hello, right now whenever my admins slap a player it will show [SM] Player slapped X
But i would like to make it such that everybody or the person getting slap know who is slapping them
Like [SM] AladinBingBong slapped X instead of [SM] Player slapped X

Right now my sourcemod.cfg is
Default: 29 (1+4+8+16)
sm_show_activity 13
But normal players still cannot see which admin slapped them.
