I have an idea for a car alarm:
_ The car has the warning lights off and only the sound remains
_ Anyone who affects the car will have a crowd effect and will directly attack that person, similar to Car Alarm Vomit but will not have a boomer effect

Probably some mix with my car alarm vomit and the shot warns commons plugin.
If someone makes it probably could add a "freeze" to the player as well or force a "SHIFT" movement.
