i dont care if i look like a retard saying this but i have put models in my dedicated server hoping that people would download them and see them like any server with extra stuff ie: maps, sounds , sprites all that and when i went on a friends comp and went to my server they didnt download the models i put in i know on uwc3 when they turn into that thing that jumps around from hex i think it shows and u have to dl all the models and stuff for the uwc3 before playing, so why wont mine work

From what I understand you want to have Custom Models on your server to replace the original ones that EVERYONE sees. Well your going to need a custom plugin that does this, and make sure you set the correct paths of the models inside that plugin to your custom models.

Use the search feature, you'll find many that do this.

Notice: Models aren't small files, so players will take a <long> time downloading them. Unless you use sv_downloadurl, which you'll have to do the research to learn how to use it.
