i am a complete noob to this and have no idea what all the other threads say. everytime i do anything on a server that i am admin at, i get ml_notfound. for the amxmodmenu i get like 10 ml_notfound's . please explain step by step how to fix the problem. i only have steam installed no any other program that works with steam. please help.

It's probably, that you or the server is missing the the data files, that go in data/lang, for the plugin.
