Updated `import.sql` file (code in first post) - fixed erorr when column `name` doesn't exists.

Plugin has the options of using only the server on which the player got a penalty? I ask because I have 8 different servers and giving "gag, mut" all the server does not suit me : (

No. Like in sourcebans, all punishments are valid on all participating servers.

I thought about your question... Making plugin which re-applies punishments only from `this` server isn't difficult. I can make special version for you, but i don't promise that i will update this version in future.
What you think about `gags` from web? Should it apply on all servers?

I think allowing the server owner to select if the mute/gag applies across all servers would be great. This is one of the great downfalls of sourcebans as it doesn't have great mod-ability. The more customization you give the owner the better in my opinion.
