First register account on paypal. Then go to tools, and search for all info you need. You can use also a payment page or email all is written there. To set it all up you will need some html or php skills.

you need first bussnes paypal and then you need creat buttons then when you creat button with infos vip ....
then you will get thos VALUE copie it and replace it with Value in the php code of this
