It seems that USP-S can not be replenished after reloading. You only have 36 bullets to spare.

deathmatch.ini in correct folder but plugin giving this error.

Do you have the current sourcemod snapshot? I had that error previously.

same issue with usp-s. even after "Disable the replenish ammo and enable the cvar sv_infinite_ammo 2"
