can i wildcard an ip ?

didnt adminmod use a null format
192.168.0.
for example

does this work in a users.ini?:

"194.68.." "pass" "ejmouz" "a"
"204..." "pass2" bcejmnouz" "a"

or how can i just say, "heres your admin: setinfo _field newpass"
<thatguy> <newpass> <newaccesses> <fieldineed>
