Hey everybody,

In an attempt to add custom maps to my server, they have all failed - stating that they are "missing".

I have done the following:
Added the map files in the maps folder
Added the map names via Mapcycle.txt, and Maplist.txt

I also followed up on a video that told me to create a .ini file known as adminmenu_maplist. Nothing has worked for me so far so I was hoping somebody had an idea.

Note: My server is not port forwarded yet, if that makes a difference as well. Thanks for reading

I will definitely take a look, but earlier I was referring to maps that you can download off sites like gamebanana etc. I'll let you know what happens

EDIT: I had no luck with that, it was continuously retrying.

So back then my issue was that the maps would be "missing", despite them being in the files, but what I just did was attempt to join the server with it immediately starting on the workshop map and it continuously said "retrying" in the console. I was stuck there for a while so I was forced to exit the game, I'll send you the line of code I was using

srcds -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 1 +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 +workshop_start_map 515018436 +sv_setsteamaccount ***TOKEN_REMOVED*** -net_port_try 1

I can't manage to see the collections tab, it's like steam is being buggy right now. (Unless the user made it private)

The game server needs to download the map first so the boot up may take a while.
Remove +workshop_start_map as it's meant to be used with a collection.
Start the game server and use rcon or execute the command directly from the server console.

Once the game server downloaded and changed the map try to connect.

I removed your token there, and I suggest you revoke it on Steam and create a new one for your server ASAP.

Thank you, I had no knowledge that exposing a key like that could lead to a bad outcome.
