Good job with this i like the idea behind it, although its not 100 Percent effective it will help alot :-).

I have installed the plugin on my server but I can't make it work, I tried with X-Spectate and another wallhack (helped by a friend) and players can still be seen.

The plugin is running because it registers the wallblocker_ CVars.

There are too many pages to read, any ideas?

It's a modified version of cbooster by me, I'm using the latest engines (hldsupdatetool stuff). Even without cbooster, same result, that's not it

Owyn, come on, is that all you got in your peanut-sized head? I just said with or without cbooster, steam/nonsteam, using the latest engines, it does not work.
