He started a new bug to xredirect you want to redirect to another server [stop forwards] and shows the error in the console

Server tried to send invalid command: "connect 80.96.216.77:27015

what can I do to fix this plugin?

it's not a bug in xREDIRECT but a problem with your cs. i just went to your server and could redirect myself just fine.
maybe you have created an "alias" and called it "connect"? then you should rename it to something else, because "connect" is a reserved internal command that xREDIRECT uses to send a player to another server.

i didn't say it was already broken when you installed it. maybe you installed a script pack or something that messed with your config files. again, check your config files whether they contain something like "connect", which could interfere with the original "connect" command.
maybe ask a friend who knows more about cs configs to help you.

The connect command still works if it is aliased.
At least it did last time I tried it.

hmm any idea what it could be then? i'm a little lost here, never had such an issue, nor saw a report of it around xREDIRECT. also if you google for the error message you only find it in the context of alias commands...is there a variable in 1.6 to restrict client commands sent by the server, as there is for cs source?

Read the message. He tried to connect to another IP with the SERVER. At least that's what I think is the problem.

i read the message...
to me it looks like he's a normal client ("Edy24 connected"). he also has this server in the server list of steam. the message still looks somehow broken, the closing quotation mark seems to be on the next line although there would have been enough room to display it on the same line.
when i join that server and let it redirect me it looks normal and redirection works like charm. so does it for all other players.

Oh yeah, I missed those screenies. My bad, sorry.
I'll look into it a bit once I can get on Steam... It seems to hate me right now.

Same thing happens for me on my servers. I have 4 servers and when me and other people try to connect to one of the servers all it does is say the message but nobody gets connected to the new server.
