Is there any way this forum could get a mobile based theme for easier use on mobile devices?

Which mobile you use if you need special theme for it @_@? Something like this ?

I mean, now most of mobile devices (modern) have sterling Web Browsers, High Resolution screen, etc.

While we're on the topic, is there another forum software that the staff here would like to move to, and that would be a little more easily customizable than whatever version of vBulletin this is? I seem to remember a discussion about this in the past... I'd be willing to chip in a little bit extra in a given month for a forum upgrade.

Last time the version number was displayed, it was VBulletin 3.8.x.
