it is possible to have a mysql version? to save chat logs in a mysql db?

it would probably be best to keep this file based. Why would you want chat logs in mysql.
if anything you upload the log file to the site, and have the site read the file.

I wanted to make a small web panel that displays the chat logs of a community server, do some research, make tools for admins with the nickname of the player, text and steamid of the person subsequently can banish related to SourceBans.

The only thing i could think of, and this would have to be in another plugin, would to create an array with the log information and then empty it into SQL on map change/plugin unload.

Look into a plugin called 'player analytics'... might be a bit more useful for you in that case.

Plugin does not compile online.

aww please make it available in MySQL too and with a Webpanel to check the chat as colorful as possible... please

This is just a reformat of the original logging, for better access.
A whole new plugin would need to be created for a webpanel, etc.
