All other pages load just fine. For example, comms page shows all ~2000 blocks. I have tested this using updater and clean install. Same issue.

The web-server configuration I have is nginx + php5-fpm + mariadb

You need to upgrade mysql, you most likely have 5.5.

But If you have MySQL 5.5 or lower, it would not use the fix.

Unless he is using a version he downloaded before you updated it. Personally I didn't update my install afterwards, I just updated mysql.

Hmm.. I updated sourcebans today but its still not working..
The database im using currently is:

mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.0.16-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2

There is no newer version available from packet manager. Also, the ban-page does not output any errors to mysql's error log or web server's error log.

Try using MySQL without MariaDB.

This commit is messing with you're DB, because it's asking for a MySQL version, and gets a MariaDB response. Install 1.5.2F-dev again, and remove that line from page.banlist.php

I wonder if anyone's encountered this themselves.. If I ban someone from the web panel, it works fine, it bans them and when I unban them via the web panel they can rejoin again. If however, I ban someone from the ingame menu and then try to unban them from the web panel it doesn't unban them on the server. The strange thing here though, is that if I ban someone for 10 minutes ingame, unban via the web panel. They can rejoin again after around 5 minutes of the ban has been served (which makes me think there's a 5 minute timer, is ProcessQueueTime 5 the culprit?). Although! If I don't unban them via the web panel, after the same 5ish minute timeframe, the ban changes into a 10 hour ban? I've no idea what's going on here but I just want to be able to ban and unban people immediately, for obvious reasons!
