How do you make you servers secure, you know like vac on steam i want that and i had hlguard and that lagged everybody from the checks it ran ever 2 seconds so i want to make it a secure server... do i have to config something?

it's on by default. secure is in liblist.gam. To not run VAC, just put:

-insecure

in the command line.

i already did the liblist.gam file that already has secure "1" and mine wasn't on by default its relative context's place that i got the server from and it didn't come on by default

IF you connect and need to download VAC stuff, it's on.

I think -secure woul do it as well.

WELL i connect and it doesn't download anything... and it shows up as a insecure server... now where am i supposed to put -secure if its a server from somebody i bought it from?? like is their somewhere to put that in??

is this a listen server? because if it is you can't put VAC on listen servers.

um it might be a dedicated.. i dunno cause the guy that tells me everything isn't on aim.. i will ask him and then see what he says and post here

btw why can't you put vac on listen server.. i had hlguard but that made everybody lag to much.. is their a way to make hlguard less killer on ping if i can't get vac??

Its because it uses alot of CPUs.... and for more info on VAC on listen server go to steam forums...

It's NOT A LISTEN SERVER.

Christ, he rents it. What kind o company is stupid enough to use listen servers? That's just insane.

Remove the aimbot detector and such from HLGuard, or don't use it at all and learn how to spot them yourself. =\
