What should i use for the URL(sv_downloadurl) to make download speed faster?

Setup a folder called cstrike on your website and add all your server files to it.

Then you add sv_downloadurl "www.mysite.com/cstrike/" or whatever the URL is to server.cfg.

If you dont have a website, then you cant use it. Or a webspace, it doesnt necessarily have to be a site. Their is also plenty of threads about this.

ftp to what? Your server? It has to be a webspace (domain), and allow random connections. (Im not sure you have to allow random connections, i believe im thinking of amxbans ish type of stuff)
