Your server has both ipv4 and ipv6 IP addresses, you need to add -ip Your:External:IP to it so you can connect to the internet. I think its getting confused as to which IP address to bind to. Make sure you have ports forwarded too.

Is this a dedicated server? They usually default to sv_lan being off I thought.

I currently have a server on MY computer, and connecting to my WAN IP from ANY COMPUTER on my lan, DOES NOT WORK.

Trust me, I've tried. My friend has LANNED over here and could not connect using the regular IP he does at his house.

If your anywhere on your lan, even if the game is not a LAN game, you need to use the LAN IP to connect. And 127.0.0.1 doesn't work, because It never has worked on a WIndows server. I've tried for both MySQL conenctions and Connection to my server, and localhost is the only thing that would work.
