When I try to install AMX Mod X it says I'm missing the liblist.gam file.
I've looked everywhere, I dont have a liblist.gam.
Where do I get it?

But I still got a problem.

I've installed Meta mod and AMX Mod X,
and when I type "meta list" in the console I get this:;

Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.

Anyone knows why I get an error?

I am going to take a guess and say you are using CS:S. If you are not using CS:S, then you are trying to load Metamod:Source on Cstrike. AmxModX is for HL1 games only. Metamod:Source is for HL2 games only
