for sum reason, these just dont work... i wanta change that scroll message and the message that comes up in the center (the both 2).

i did amx_imessage and amx_scrollmessage and they didnt work... wtf do i do?

In the folder addons/amxx/configs there is a file called amxx.cfg You'll find all the stuff to edit in there. Just save it and restart the server and voila.
