hi there , i run a 8 player campaign server (linux), is this the same bug where 4 players escape and the other 4 show up as dead? even though they actualy survived?

ive just upped version 1.0.0.3 to my server, was the update for this before this release? on version 1.0.0.2?

This isn't caused by the extension, it's caused by the hard rain escape. When the boat moves at the end, only 4 survivors are moved to a safe spot, the rest all fall into the water.

hi there,

im not saying this extension caused the problem, but i had no problems with more than 4 survivors finishing a campaign ok...even on the end credits it used to show all survivors who had escaped...that what your describing happens on every map ive played.....even the parish and dark carnival finales 4 players drop out of the chopper, on custom campaigns this happens too where only 4 survivors get away and the rest fall through the escape vehicle......its only recently with the extensions applied and the explosive ammo for 8 players mod, which has caused this problem.........

The reason this happens is because valve only made it so 4 survivors get teleported to a safespot away from the camera at the end of the campaign.

Normally this isn't a problem. But at the end of hard rain, if you have more than 4 people playing, sometimes the people left in the map fall into the water and die when the boat moves.

Maybe V10 could add a fix to later update. So all players get teleported to safe spot away from camera.

Btw V10, i have had no problems with your extension, it works great on my windows 8 player server. I had problems in your first release, but your latest updates fixed some API compatibilities. Thanks again.

Hi have double checked files are all upto date but when I do a sm exts list im getting version 1.0.01 reported, this is on SM 1.4 anyone else getting this?
