Removing imessage.amxx messages on client side

Is it possible to remove those scroll messages that appear on client by scrollmsg.amxx & imessage.amxx
i have a poor PC, this is just for increasing fps,i get 32fps

when those messages come
Messages like "Dog killed cat with M4" , "Bufallo Sliced Cow"

Also is there any way to stop that voices like multi-kill, ludacriss kill etc
Help me !

Disable these plugins in your plugins.ini

imessage
scrollmsg
miscstats

I was asking how to disable these messages on client side,
They are installed on a server,and when i play on server ,i want to disable them for fps sake

You can't disable them so that they aren't displayed to you on any server you go to.
