Have you tried using hard links?

It only works when all servers are running on the same machine (same file system)
If you are hosting multiple servers on different machines then this does not work.
For me it works fine because I have 9 servers (3 L4D, 6 L4D2) running on one rented linux root server.

It works on linux and NTFS too.
You can have one file in multiple locations.
I'm using that e.g. for the badnames.txt which should be the same on all 9 servers.
I have hard linked all badnames.txt files on all server installations.
So I have to change the file contents only once and all servers see the new content.

Currently I am trying to fix the glitch of colors not being able to start at the beginning of the ad.
Example code:

As well for blue the error is:

Found a work around for the time being. Simply use a character to start with.
Such as:

[{RED}ANNOUCEMENT{DEFAULT}] Join {RED}our community, register at {RED}JIBBERJABBER

Example ad: [ANNOUCEMENT] Join our community, register at JIBBERJABBER

This plugins works fine on CS:GO, but for some reason, I can't get the colors to work.
