Hi,

Will sourcebans be updated to ignore the first part of the steam ID # ?

Steam broke this in the latest patch, as most steam ID's are STEAM_1 now instead of STEAM_0. So banned players may now join :-(

This isn't urgent, as it doesn't seem to be negatively affecting the server...but one of our new CS:S server I just setup is loading the entire admin file twice every time the map reloads/server restarts.

What could be causing that?

Do you have the smx isntalled twice, basebans deleted, error logs, admins simple etc.

None of the above....but I just re-uploaded the .smx, and the problem went away....who knows?

This was already done in 1.4.0, so make sure you're running that version or up.

these are the permissions i have set up for some of my admin. is there a way to keep them from banning groups and friends without removing "add bans" ? with these settings will they only be able to unban their own bans and nobody esles?

•View admins • View servers • Add bans • Edit own bans • Ban protests • Ban submissions • Unban own bans • View groups • Submission email notifying • Protest email notifying

Not at the moment, the access flag for banning groups and friends is indeed "add bans".
