There is it the latest updated plugin.
I tried to connect with VPN and not success. Plugin cannot kick me even when I don't have permission.
I used amxx 1.9

145.x.x.33 shows as a VPN, when I ran the list on the dashboard. Purge the file and retry please. Also grab new copy of script again as there were a few uploads yesterday. My server just banned IP for an hour a moment ago.

It still does not work. When I go to the server, my IP (VPN) is not saved to the file.

Sounds like a one off. It has always worked. It just goes by the IP you connect with. Is VPN IP showing when you status yourself in-game? Does said IP show on proxycheck.io as VPN? Could try enabling debug. Again admins are set to be checked during that time? Your VPN IP does not show in list at all? Have you tried manually adding it? I noticed when I ran your entire list on my dashboard the VPN IP from France was set to 0 and some other party was set to 1. That could be it. The updates I did last time ought to clean that up a bit. Thanks for your patience by the way and good luck.
