Torch's colour change?

Hi, im looking for any plugin for SourceMod, which working like torch switching on/off in CS 1.6 HnS. I gonna expein this for you if you don't know how it works:
1. ONLY CT is allowed to use the torch.
2. When i switch on the torch, it will have a pink/green/lightgreen/blue/lightblue color.
3. When i gonna switch it off, and then again on, it gonna change colour again, and again.

Is any plugin for SourceMod which working like this one? I'm not so good in SourcePawn scripting, so i'm asking you for help. If for SM is not any plugin like this one, is here someone, who could do this one for me? Please, this is very important.
