Is possible with a cmd enable and disable ALL sounds send by plugins ?, for example !disounds - Off all sounds send by the plugins - !esounds - Enable all sounds send by a plugin, is possible to create this, maybe a person can made this?

Likely for such a thing to work, it'd have to be built into SourceMod itself, as you'd have to take control of the 3 sound playing commands.

They could edit the client sound settings if i'm not mistaken to disable it that way if that helps any...probably doesn't.
