Alright,

I removed all traces of the previous versions of the plugin. Downloaded the zip file you posted and the .dll file you posted, install all the files in their respective locations. Unfortunately the server fails to load, removing the extensions resolves the issue but also doesn't (obviously) load the balance immunity.

Any ideas or insight on resolving my little issue I am having? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Ah, so the Windows signature has changed. I'll see about recompiling Psychonic's version instead as that just uses one function with a vtable offset instead of three with signatures.

Sorry for the big delay. I get something a bit different than the above:

[SM] Unable to load extension "teambalanceimmunity.ext": The specified module could not be found.

then ofcourse this:

[SM] Unable to load plugin "autoteambalance.smx": Required extension "Team Balance Immunity" file("teambalanceimmunity.ext") not running

due to the extensions not loading.

It's like I'm missing a file but I've put all the appropriate files into the proper folders so idk where to start on this one.

NVM, I was looking in the console logs not the plain error logs....I also get the same errors as the previous user posted as well.
