Can you translate your text in english? Especially about plugins?

There are some nice features in plugin:
ambience sound (plz tell me how to make it)
nice color of teh nightvision
fog and sounds
Didn't understand much cuz i cant speak portuguese.

Sorry but already there are scream sounds in the Half life Files (Like 30 scream sound and 10 pain sound)
