When somebody hit enemy, enemy lose speed.
For example enemy have speed 1.0 and his speed reduces to 0.4 for 1 sec (i dont know it definetly)
So we see that reduce speed reduce ratio is 60%
Is there any way or cvar to make this ratio 30% (to make it smaller)

The higher the value the less tagging that occurs.
