By "stable" I meant no more changes that would break the compilation of the code-base unexpectedly. It wasn't a goal, it was a restriction

During initial development it's common to throw new changes without telling anyone, and have it break things. API lock-in just means we won't do that anymore, and that we're gonna settle down and work with what we have.

The last three things we've gotta finish before we release are the Vault, DBI, and a little surprise of PM OnoTo's which will make the framework über-powerful ;]
