This plugin grants some admin flags to player(s) who get most daily awards in hlxce stats http://hlxce.com/

CVARS:
amx_hlxcevipflags - flags to grant, by default "beijuv"
amx_hlxcevips - number of players to grant flags, by default "2"

Also you must change in source your password to database.

Allows only 10 vips(use a dynamic array instead), indentation is terrible.
