-1 sets your money to the value of mp_startmoney cvar.
Ex: If I say /resetscore and I have 16000 money and mp_startmoney is set to 800. It will reset my score and I will have 800 money.
-2 doesn't do anything.

Yes ot, if you have startmoney in 16000 and you use /resetscore you will have 0 frags, 0 deaths and 16000... Ofcourse you have to use a less value than the startmoney...

I think you have to add something to block the /resetscore command if player have less money than the mp_startmoney (or resetscore_money) Becouse ppl can abuse this...

For example... if i have 0 money i can do /resetscore and i will have more money...
